Returns

Purchased products at UAB Dalauta, can be returned in 14 days from a delivery day. Products can be changed to a new one or refunded money if you wish. Items are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for Return and Exchange of Items" approved in 2001. June 29 Minister of Economy by Order No. 217.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests:

Returned item must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc.
Product can‘t hide any defect, that could occur in the result of misuse.
The returned item must be in the same set as the one delivered to the customer;
The Seller has the right not to accept the Buyer's returned items if the Buyer does not comply with the above listed conditions.
When returning products, they must be delivered by courier or brought to the place (Liudvinavo str. 131, Vilnius). All fees, related to the transport of the product to after-sales service, must be paid by Customer; Money for the product is refundable by wire transfer to a bank account, specified by the buyer.
Money is returned within 10 work days. in the same way as it was paid.

If items sent with“Lietuvos paštas“, shipment must be delivered to Liudvinavo str. 131, Vilnius, LT-02241, UAB Dalauta shop, we do not collect shipments from the post office.

The price difference formed during the exchange of product is paid by the customer.
